Research (20 marks)

– Page with hypotheses and answering it – included as introductory activity of the project.

– Comprehension questions about the story and genre included.

– Information about the mythological demigod and comprehension questions to guide the research.

– Make an informational poster about the mythological demigod.

Writing task (30 marks) – Planning – design a Tiki god/monster of your own to use as a cover page of your comic book.

Rewrite the myth into a comic book format.

Present it as a book reading.

All features, elements and frameworks are included for writing genres to lighten the admin burden of teachers.

Presentation (20 marks) – Describe the project (guidelines and framework for presentation included).

Approximately 45 pages. 

Workbooklet for 4-5 weeks of 45 pages per learner to complete the whole process (copy double sided).

Include rubrics and memoranda as needed for some sections of the project.

Available in PDF and Word, but in Word it might move tables etc. around. So look through both documents and print what you need from pdf and Word.
